Francisca Boateng
President
With over a decade of experience in business operations and leadership, Francisca serves as Chief Executive Officer at InnoSlamm and Director of Operations at Slamm Technologies. A keynote speaker, executive coach, and cybersecurity leader, she is passionate about empowering others and bridging the digital divide in underserved communities. Francisca is the recipient of the 2024 ISC2 Inclusion Impact Award and a 2024 Women In Tech Finalist. She serves as Executive Director of Slamm Foundation and President of Read2Lead International.

Brian Bassett
Board Member
Brian Bassett serves as the Administrative Coordinator of International Baccalaureate and Special Programs at Gar‑Field High School in Woodbridge, Virginia. With a background in Biology and Environmental Science, he has twice served as President of the Mid‑Atlantic Association of IB World Schools (IBMA). A proud father of two Gar‑Field IB graduates Kyle and Gavin Bassett. Brian has supported generations of students through their IB journeys....including Samantha and Princess Boateng. Brian's long‑standing partnership with Read2Lead is rooted in the dedication of Gar‑Field's students and staff. Under his leadership, students, teachers and librarians have collected, sorted, and packed books, school supplies, and furniture, and have organized International Night fundraisers that directly support Read2Lead initiatives. Brian is grateful for the shared effort, hospitality, and meaningful experiences he and the Gar‑Field community have had through Read2Lead, both in the U.S. and Ghana.
